VET Enrol Basic

VET Online Basic [VOB] is our mid-level level product for smaller RTOs who have aspirations as online marketers. While this product is 'Basic' it is both useful and powerful and we are as flexible as we can be in terms of what is delivered.

The product is really a three page website that is published within the shell of your existing website. The first page is your Programme Home Page which has details about your training course [Programme] in HTML, with the ability to add documents, links to other pages on your website and resources, images and even video and powerpoint presentations.

The second page carries a brief description of the Programme drawn from VETtrak along with an interactive calendar of upcoming Occurrences. Where there is less than five Occurrences the presentation changes from the calendar view to a list of Occurrences with a month selector.

When the client puts their mouse over the date they are interested in, the location and cost are displayed. Clicking on the shopping basket icon or the course selection option on the list takes the client to the enrolment page with the details of the course being displayed. Either the AVETMISS or Simple form may be selected in the admin on a Programme by Programme basis, making it easy to publish both accredited and non-accredited courses. The prospective student completes the enrolment form and either pays or requests an invoice [either or both, you choose].

The credit card payment mechanism must use the JWGecko preferred supplier.

Price Types: This product allows the use of multiple price types. To access this feature a custom enrolment form is required. By providing JWGecko with a copy of your current enrolment forms we are generally able to provide an estimate for the provision of price types. JWGecko is very experienced in this area - some price type implementations take as little as an hour other more complex ones may take significantly longer. All price type activity is priced on an hourly rate.

Web Design: It is important in building online trust that your enrolment site and your own website are identical. There are several ways to achieve this. As standard we will provide you with code to give to your web designer to include in your website for each Programme. At the beginning of the project we will give you a list of design styles including fonts and colours required, with this you will be able to tell us exactly how you would like the pages to look on your website. You may use any colours and fonts available within the normal CSS framework at no extra cost.

Enrolment Customisation: This product is provided with standard enrolment forms only. JWGecko has significant experience in customising enrolment processes to suite business processes and price type mechanisms. Before committing to purchase one of our products we recommend a detailed analysis of your requirements in order to provide a scope and cost for any enhancements or customisation.
