First you need to buy a VETtrak API from OzSoft

Extending the functionality of VETtrak to your client's desktop requires the purchase of a VETtrak extension from OzSoft. The extension is called an API [Application Programming Interface]. There are three APIs to choose from:

1. Enrolment API: This API extends the functionality of VETtrak in the areas required for Online Enrolment and Payment.
2. Portal API: Facilitates access to training information online for Employers, Clients/Learners and Staff
3. LMS Integration – Integrate API: This API supports the transfer of information between Learning Management Systems and VETtrak.

Currently there are five VETtrak Online Products to choose from with a sixth available in August. The VO Lite, VO Basic and VO Advanced products utilise the Enrolment API. The VO Corporate and RTO Pro CMS products require the Enrolment and Portal API.

Early birds may also purchase the VET LMS product now, which is to be released in August. VET LMS uses the Integrate API to create eLearning Users and record assessment information in VETtrak from the VET LMS.

Products

VETtrak Online Lite
The VETtrak Online Lite product [VOL] is an entry level product that allows a smaller RTO [maximum of 10 occurrences per month] to take bookings online. The module provides links from existing web page content to a list of occurrences and the enrolment form.

VETtrak Online Basic
The VETtrak Online Basic product [VOB] is a fully featured online booking engine. It includes all the basic features that will allow a smaller RTO [maximum of 20 occurrences per month] to publish programme and programme type informaiton and enrol students online.

VETtrak Online Advanced
The VETtrak Online Advanced product [VOA] is specifically designed for medium sized RTOs [up to 50 occurrences per month] who have large aspirations, or larger RTOs who are looking to start marketing their products online.

VETtrak Online Corporate
The VETtrak Online Corporate product [VOC] is for RTOs committed to the promotion and selling of their products online. This product uses both the Enrolment and Portal APIs to maximise sales, facilitate online enrolment and student interactivity with their own data.

VETtrak RTO ProCMS
The RTO ProCMS product [Pro] is the ultimate in sales, promotion, enrolment, publishing and online extension to VETtrak. This product incorporates advanced publishing and interactivity to enhance the student's experience while minimising RTO administration.
